Mystery: With her sister she went to Hobart with their parents. Following their insolvency, and their father's flight to Sydney, Jane and Ellen were in Bridget Stevens' school at Glenorchy, with her sister Ellen, before being returned to London. What happened to their mother who paid for their schooling?
